Our story began in September 2012, back on campus as roommates, where we constantly challenged each other to be creative and think critically about solving problems. Immersing ourselves in the startup and digital space, which was in its infancy at the time, we faced many early failures due to our limited exposure. However, our shared farming background and love for cooking laid the foundation for what was to come.
These experiences led to the birth of BoraDash. Driven by the need for ethically sourced, sweet, soft, and tender meat, we recognized how much eco-conscious meat lovers would appreciate readily available quality meat. More importantly, we aimed to bridge the gap between local farmers with good husbandry practices and a larger market that values their efforts.
